Bre’Ana Strong, MSN, AGNP-PC

Bre’Ana received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in November of 2015. She began her nursing career at Providence Park Hospital in Novi, Michigan, working on a medical-surgical floor. Following this, she spent the next four years nursing at a sub-acute rehab facility in Brighton, Michigan. While working as a nurse, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University in Jackson, Michigan, in January of 2020. She specializes as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult and Gerontology with a focus in Primary Care.

In her free time, Bre’Ana enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is an aunt to six nieces and nephews. She was married in October of 2019 to her now-husband, Chris, with whom she welcomed a baby boy, August, in 2024. She also has two fur babies named Luna and Leonard. Bre’Ana takes pride in caring for American veterans, as her husband’s entire family is military. Her favorite part about working at Avalon Physician Services and Avalon Primary Care is the rapport she can build with her patients and their families.
