Biography
Andrew is a Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Nursing (2008) and Madonna University’s Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Program (2016). He has worked in a wide range of fields, including medical-surgical, oncology, infectious disease, neurology, pain management, home hospice, family medicine, and geriatrics. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, he has primarily worked in primary care within a home care setting. His broad experience makes him uniquely qualified to care for the patient population at Avalon Physician Services.
Andrew has been a nurse for more than 15 years and a nurse practitioner for nearly 10. He is passionate about caring for the population our practice serves. He is a married father of one girl and one boy. A loyal Michigan State fan who bleeds green and white, Andrew also supports all of Minnesota’s professional sports teams, having been born there. Unfortunately, this includes the Minnesota Vikings, who he says manage to break his heart at least once every decade. Gary Anderson’s missed field goal in 1998, which would have sent them to the Super Bowl, pretty much ended his childhood.
